-Bought at Home Depot
- If purchased at Home Depot, you need to return the ladder at the store location.
- If purchased on the Home Depot website, contact their customer service and they will send you a return label.
- If you purchased though Murphy Ladder website within the last 30 days, please submit the information needed below. Once submitted, we will send you a return label through your email. Please place the label on the box along with your name and order number. Once received at one of our locations, we will issue a full refund. If it has been over 30 days, we ask you to pay for shipping but we will still issue a full refund.
